Project description
A project that already delivered 450 low-cost houses in the rural Jinja district in Uganda.
These houses are being built for grannies that live in very dusty, dark and leaking homes. Often, they do not have sanitary facilities, a kitchen or even electricity.
These grannies are usually carrying full responsibility for their grandchildren. This is because the parents of these children died of the HIV disease.
These houses are made possible with donations. A big donator is the Grannies2grannies foundation. They collected money from grannies in The Netherlands and thereby helping a grannies in Uganda.
